Refund policy

In accordance with art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, the User and Consumer will have the right of withdrawal (or reconsideration, or return) from the purchase contract for Products, entered into with Orange Salute, without any penalty and without having to provide any justification, within fourteen (14) days from the day they received the purchased Products.

A withdrawal may cover all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the purchased goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a withdrawal notice within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Customer or their delegate acquires physical possession of the purchased products by signing the delivery receipt.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to expired products.
