Refund policy

In accordance with Article 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the User and Consumer will have the right to withdraw (or reconsider, or return) from the purchase contract of Products, concluded with OrangeSalute, without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day they received the purchased Products.

The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the purchased Goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a withdrawal notice within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Customer or their delegate acquires physical possession of the purchased products by signing for their receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to expired products.
