This Omega Juicer MM1500 juice extractor has been approved by Anthony William, The Medical Medium, for its high performance and maximum amount of celery juice.
It ensures maximum juice extraction by squeezing the celery longer, resulting in more juice and less waste. Juicing tip: Use fresh, cold, whole celery stalks to feed through the chute, rather than chopping them into small pieces as you juic.

The juicer comes with two end caps: a special celery cap for use ONLY for juicing celery and a standard cap for use with all other fruits and vegetables.
The Celery Cap (Patent Pending Celery End Cap):
This clever adjustable outlet for the pomace (extraction residue) is located at the end of the press auger. With it, you can adjust the pressure in the press housing in three stages and thus maximize the juice yield, adapting it to the consistency of the celery. The effect is demonstrated not only by the very dry residue, but also by the comparison of the juice yield with and without the celery plug. Thanks to this technology and a low-noise motor, it is possible to achieve optimal juice yield without any unwanted oxygen ingress (which could oxidize the freshly extracted juice more quickly).
The MM1500, with its cold extraction system, is able to produce much more healthy and delicious juice while maintaining maximum nutrients. You can extrude pasta, prepare fresh baby food, juice leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, citrus fruits and much more.
Most removable parts are dishwasher safe in the top rack.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OMEGA JUICER MM900 AND MM1500
The Omega Juicer MM1500 is designed specifically for celery juicers and is the flagship model in Anthony William's MM-Omega juicer line. It offers a higher juice yield than the MM900, but also additional features. While the MM900 is designed for a daily requirement of half a liter of juice, the MM1500 can squeeze up to 1.5 liters of juice in one go.
The screw press is the same as the MM900 model, but all other parts have been updated for greater durability. The hopper is now fixed to the extractor housing and has been enlarged to 5 cm. The end cap is also now larger and the juice filter has been adapted for larger volumes.
