Powerful 2-stage pressing technology and patent-pending celery end cap

Two special features of the Omega Juicer MM900 ensure unique juice yield and quality. On the one hand, there is the two-stage pressing auger: At a gentle speed of 80 revolutions per minute, it first shreds the celery stalks and then prepares the actual pressing process in the second stage. Here, the plant cells are completely crushed and the delicious juice is extracted with all the vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

Now comes the second stroke of genius, the patent-pending Celery Cap:
This clever adjustable outlet for the pomace (extraction residue) is located at the end of the press auger. With it, you can adjust the pressure in the press housing in three stages and thus maximize the juice yield, adapting it to the consistency of the celery. The effect is demonstrated not only by the very dry residue, but also by the comparison of the juice yield with and without the celery plug. Thanks to this technology and a low-noise motor, it is possible to achieve optimal juice yield without any unwanted oxygen ingress (which could oxidize the freshly extracted juice more quickly).
