Lauricidin® is pure monolaurin sn-1 (glycerol monolaurate), a natural, plant-based medium-chain fat derived from lauric acid. Recommended use:
Do not chew, swallow with hot liquids, or mix/dissolve in liquids.
Simply place the contents of the scoop in your mouth and swallow with fresh water or juice during meals.
Take Lauricidin® in small amounts until you reach the recommended intake level. This may mean starting with 1 single scoop 3 times a day up to 1/4 scoop 3 times a day, before working your way up to the adult intake of 1 scoop 3 times a day. Take it daily like a multivitamin.

- Lauricidin® are concentrated mini pellets (~30 mg per pellet) of sn1(3)-monolaurin. The size and shape of the mini pellets may vary.

Children (3-10 years) —- Do not chew pellets . Take with meals. Mini pellets can be placed in mouth and swallowed with water or juice. Do not take with hot liquids. For difficult situations try putting pellets (whole or powdered) in applesauce, pudding, peanut butter, etc. For very young children it is best to start with 1-3 pellets per day for several days before gradually increasing the amount.
The usual starting level of Lauricidin® is gradually increased to three times daily for a week or two.
The level can then be further increased.
The level of maintenance will depend on the effects seen and adjusted accordingly.
Adults —– Take with or after meals. The mini-granules may be placed in the mouth and swallowed with water or juice. Do not take with hot liquids. Do not chew or take in powder form . The recommended starting level of Lauricidin® is ~0.75 grams (1/4 blue scoop) or less 2 to 3 times daily for one week before increasing the amount.
The level can then be increased to 1.5 grams (1/2 blue scoop) once, twice or three times a day.
A maintenance level may be 3.0 grams (one blue scoop) two to three times a day, as needed for optimal health effects. In more stubborn cases this may be increased. The length of time to take the supplement is an individual response. Supplements should be taken on an ongoing basis to improve health, just like vitamins.
