MAIN INGREDIENT

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an herb native to the Mediterranean region, often used in cooking and traditional medicine. The seeds of the plant are particularly rich in beneficial compounds, such as saponins and fiber.

WHAT IS IT FOR?

Fenugreek is known to support metabolic health, especially maintaining healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It may also support digestive health and lactation in nursing mothers.

 

Recommended use

For best results

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily between meals.
